kok33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kok33" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at kok33.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API services.
• "Platform" means the kok33 website, mobile web interface, and all products available thereon, including the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Mahjong, and Video Poker verticals.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a kok33 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wallet Balance" means the total IDR funds held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings, less any withdrawals and losses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Member's Account by kok33 under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by kok33 before processing withdrawals or upgrading account limits.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any outcome available on the Platform, using cleared Wallet Balance funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Member requests kok33 to block access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all kok33 operational matters including support hours, transaction timestamps, and draw times.

To register and use the kok33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kok33 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. kok33 is operated as an international platform targeting English-preference players in the Indonesian market.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are legally prohibited from entering into contracts in your jurisdiction, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You must not have a self-exclusion in place — either one you have applied through kok33 or one imposed by kok33 — at the time of attempting to register or log in.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when registering, depositing, placing bets, or withdrawing funds.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of kok33, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless separate written permission has been granted by kok33 management.

kok33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within the timeframe requested by kok33 will result in suspension of Account access pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the kok33 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You must not impersonate any other person or provide false information during the registration process.

kok33 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application without providing a reason. Approval of registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued account access, which remains subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique username and must set a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You are responsible for the security of your Account credentials. kok33 strongly recommends that Members:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available within the Account security settings.
• Never share login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify kok33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

kok33 will never ask you to provide your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from kok33 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

kok33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, unless such unauthorized access is directly attributable to a security failure on the part of kok33's platform infrastructure.

All deposits on the kok33 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kok33 supports the following deposit methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and issuing bank approval).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. kok33 does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to additional verification under the KYC policy.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time following successful confirmation by the payment processor. kok33 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party banking systems, including scheduled maintenance windows at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other partner banks.

kok33 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Members may request withdrawals of cleared Wallet Balance funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the kok33 Account. kok33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on regular business days (Monday–Friday, WIB) are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Requests submitted during Indonesian national bank holidays may take up to 24 hours to process, depending on banking network availability.
• kok33 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns. Such checks may extend the processing time by up to 72 hours.

Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the automatic deduction of those Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount.

kok33 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The default minimum Wagering Requirement is 10x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Promotion-specific wagering requirements will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that have not been used within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.
• Abuse Prevention: kok33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other form of promotion exploitation has occurred.

kok33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by Members at the time of the change.

The following general betting rules apply across all kok33 product verticals. Product-specific rules (e.g., Sportsbook rules for mix parlay (accumulator) bets, Mahjong house rules, Video Poker hand rankings) are published within each product's dedicated rules section on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. kok33 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets, except in the event of a manifest error as described below.
• Manifest Errors: kok33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed fault. A "manifest error" is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognize as incorrect — for example, odds of 100.0 published for a heavy sporting favorite due to a data entry error.
• Sportsbook — Void Events: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before reaching the minimum completion threshold, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Wallet Balance.
• Maximum Win Limits: kok33 imposes maximum win limits per bet and per 24-hour period. These limits vary by product and market and are detailed within each product's rules page. kok33 will pay up to the maximum win limit regardless of the stated potential return at time of bet placement.
• Currency: All bets are placed, settled, and recorded in IDR. There is no currency conversion on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kok33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such faults will be voided.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate financial transactions for criminal purposes.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for a completed kok33 deposit. Any Account where a chargeback is detected will be suspended and the disputed amount deducted from the Wallet Balance.
• Arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit kok33's bonus structure without genuine entertainment intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPN or proxy services to mask your actual location.

kok33 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, kok33 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before withdrawal requests are processed. KYC may also be triggered by large deposits, unusual account activity, or platform-wide compliance reviews.

To complete KYC verification, Members are required to submit the following documents via the secure upload portal in their Account dashboard:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or Indonesian driving license. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the past 90 days, showing your full name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment account used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, OVO, or DANA account showing your name and account number).

kok33 will review submitted KYC documents within 24 hours (WIB) on business days. Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. If documents are rejected due to poor image quality or inconsistency, you will be given the opportunity to resubmit.

kok33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment for all Members. The following tools are available to all registered Members at no cost from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, access to your Account and all marketing communications from kok33 will be suspended.

kok33 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will close any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age, with all funds returned to the payment source used for deposits.

All content on the kok33 Platform — including but not limited to the kok33 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kok33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from kok33.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software or game engine.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design elements.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by kok33 under license. All rights reserved by the respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kok33's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kok33 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond kok33's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications network failures, banking system outages, Indonesian national infrastructure events, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Member based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit kok33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

kok33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by kok33 includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, betting history, device and IP address information, and communication records with support. This data is used to operate the Platform, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, and improve the Member experience.

kok33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, game content providers operating under data processing agreements, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

kok33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Members' rights or obligations in a significant way — kok33 will provide at least 14 calendar days' notice to registered Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of your Wallet Balance before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kok33 holds its operating license. For the avoidance of doubt, kok33 operates as an international platform and does not represent that its services are lawful or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those where it holds a valid license to operate.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
